Purpose of United Methodist Women
United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
Who Are United Methodist Women?
A woman may become a member if she agrees with the Purpose, wishes to participate in the program and chooses to join United Methodist Women. United Methodist Women (UMW) is part of the
local United Methodist Church as outlined in the Book of Discipline. ~ Handbook for UMW.

You would always be welcomed and encouraged to attend meetings of any of the organized groups. Currently there are two (2) daytime and one (1) evening circle groups. In the past there has been a quilting circle and groups specifically for young mother. If you would like to organize a group to meet special needs or interest, you are enthusiastically encouraged to do so. For more information on United Methodist Women activities please contact President Barbie Flack
- Circle #1 – meets 3rd Tuesday, 12:00 noon at Heritage Square or as announced
- Circle #3 – meets the 4th Monday at 5:30 pm at the church, member’s homes or “out to lunch”.
- Circle #5 – meets 3rd Wednesday at 1:00 pm at the church or as otherwise announced.
